The article analyzes Krivoy Rog as a powerful industrial complex with a large number of residents; and the conclusion can be drawn as to the determination of the normative pecuniary valuation of lands applying some ecological factors, namely, comfort degrees of residential zones. When comparing the calculations of the existing land valuation and considering ecological ratios for each zone it can be stated that the calculations are changing considerably in favour of the city residents. The ecological factors and ratios like comfort degrees of residential zones should be taken into account while analyzing all Ukrainian towns and cities where geological and ecological operations are carried out and comfort zones are determined.

B. N. Dyakov. Optimum scheme of the return angular notch – p.18
Researches of accuracy of the return angular notch for the purpose of detection of its optimum geometrical scheme are described. Formulas of an assessment of accuracy of a notch are taken from our article in which the uniform algorithm of the solution of geodetic notches on the plane is stated. By results of researches it is established that the return angular notch has the greatest accuracy at equality of 900 two measured corners and a notch corner. The table for fast calculation of an error of provision of a point is provided at project works.

S. F. Izyumov, Yu. O. Kuzmin. Research of deformation processes on geodynamic grounds in the oil-and-gas regions of Turkmenistan – p.34
Results of studying of modern deformations of a terrestrial surface on the geodynamic ranges organized on gas and oil fields of Turkmenistan are discussed. It is shown, as on oil, and on a gas field are absent systematic subsidence of the territory of fields. Thus on both fields the superintensive deformations (SD) of a terrestrial surface in zones of breaks are revealed. It is noted that intensity of deformation processes in the seismoactive region (oil field) is higher, than in the poorly seismic. Two possible options for an explanation of this fact are presented.
Keywords: monitoring of deformation processes on UV fields; geodynamic ranges; oil and gas fields; superintensive deformations; break zones.

A. I. Nikonov. About need of the accounting of geocryologic processes at research of modern geodynamics of a subsoil of the Arctic territories of oil and gas fields – p.41
Problems of obtaining information by the RSA-interferometry method about modern deformations of a terrestrial surface when carrying out geodynamic monitoring on the oil and gas fields located in subarctic and Arctic zones with development of permafrost breeds of merging type are discussed.
The analysis of parameters of cryogenic processes and manifestation of their existential characteristics, showing is carried out that level of vertical deformations of a terrestrial surface from their manifestation is commensurable with level of modern geodynamic processes that doesn't allow to receive when using a method of the RSA-interferometry an assessment about the true shifts of a terrestrial surface caused by process of development of a field. It is shown that application of traditional land geodetic methods for these territories, allows to exercise control of level of geodynamic processes for the purpose of ensuring industrial safety of objects of an oil and gas complex.

A. O. Ermashov. Rheological model of deformation and destruction of salt breeds for the forecast of subsidence of terrestrial surface when developing the Verkhnekamsky field of potassium-magnesium salts – p.50
The rheological model of deformation and destruction of salt breeds which allows to consider primary, secondary and tertiary deformations of creep is presented, and also considers possibility of destruction of breeds. The viscoplasticity theory was the basis for model, and numerical realization of model was executed in the final and element program ANSYS complex. Calculation intense the deformed condition of a massif is made at KRII layer working off on the Verkhnekamsky field of potassium-magnesium salts (VKPMS). It is shown that by results of modeling quite good coincidence cartoons of subsidence of the terrestrial surface received in "ANSYS" with subsidence cartoon, constructed on the basis of the normative document "Instructions is observed.... [1]".
Keywords: rheological model; criterion of destruction; viscoplasticity theory; creep curves; subsidence cartoon.

The research described in the article allows to establish: when laying of concrete mixture residual water-cement ratio of cement gel and the initial water-cement ratio increases from block to block laying towards the vault. The difference in the water-cement ratio is sufficient for significant changes of physical-mechanical and physical parameters of underground constructions lining. The strength and other properties of the concrete deteriorate.
