Suchenko Vladimir Nikolaevich began his career in 1969 at the mine of the E.T. Abakumova of the «Donetskugol» combine.

From 1970 to 1972 he served in the ranks of the armed forces, after retiring to the reserve he worked as a miner of the mine surveying department of the mine of the E.T. Abakumova of the «Donetskugol» combine.

1973 - 1978 - a student at the Moscow Mining Institute.

1978 - 1980 - mine surveyor SMU - 153 of the Mintransstroy.

1980 - 1983 - Post-graduate student of the Department of Geodesy and Mine Surveying of the Moscow Mining Institute.

In 1984 he defended his thesis.

1984-1987 - mine surveyor SMU - 153 of the Mintransstroy.

From 1987 to 2007 he worked his way from the assistant to the professor at the department of Geodesy and Mine Surveying of the Moscow State Mining University, was deputy head of the department for research, deputy director of the IUGI.

In 2004 he defended his doctoral dissertation.

From 2007 to 2014 - Head of the Department of Geodesy and Mine Surveying of the RUDN University, member of the Training and Methodological Association of Higher Educational Institutions of the Russian Federation in the field of mining.

He is the author of more than 70 published works in the field of mine surveying and subsurface geometry. Among them there are 2 textbooks and 8 teaching aids.

Expert in the field of industrial safety, expert of the «Rosakkredagentstvo», expert of AKKORK.
